Introduction: Chief lawyer in Mingzhou Law Firm. He is one of the directors in Tianjin Bar Association. He graduated from Renmin University of China and was conferred with the degree of EMBA. In order to praise his dedication to society, he was granted as the excellent attorney in the year of 2004 by the government. In 1993 he built the Tianjin International Business Law Firm (which was replaced by Mingzhou Law Firm in 1996).
